Please note rates include upscale gourmet breakfasts, complimentary onsite/unrestricted parking, use of all amenities including guest parlor, front porch rockers, back courtyard sitting area with water garden/koi pond, putting green, outdoor hot tub and arbor bench swing. Operated year round. Rates based on 2 guests per room. Two night minimum stay required mid May to the end of October including special event weekends and holidays.

Rescheduling and Cancellation of Reservations (including Gift Certificate redemptions) will result in a $25 service charge from your deposit. In the case of Cancellations, deposit balances will be refunded if the vacancy is refilled. If your Reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to the arrival date, the total cost of the stay MAY be charged to your credit card if Davy House is unable to recover by refilling the room(s). Please note that every effort will be made to refill vacancies.

It is recommended that we are advised of Rescheduling and Cancellations as soon as possible.
